A typical full implementation takes between 2 and 4 weeks from the time Countable receives design approvals. We always move as quickly as possible, and since white glove service is core to our company’s culture, we are always open to discussing what an expedited development timeline entails if helpful for your implementation.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide Countable with a preferred subdomain name for your impact hub (e.g. resources.yourbrand.com), introduction to your DNS manager, and your existing style guide (especially hex codes, typeface, hero images, logos, etc.). After that, we need you to approve mock ups and beta sites before we launch
We are available Monday - Friday, 9am- 6pm PDT, for general questions. Our current site uptime is 99.9999%, and we have a host of alerts in place to warn of any disruption - large or small, to the service. Our engineering team is on hand to tackle critical site issues that might come up.
In the off chance your site experiences an outage, more than likely our alert system will notify us before you even detect it. Our engineers have a process in place based on the severity of the issue, to address any and all issues within minutes.
