Yes! Countable combines elements of a Content Management System, Community Platform, Customer Relationship Management Platform and Marketing Automation Platform all in one.
Engagement is at the heart of what we do! Video testimonials, polls, quizzes, geo-tagged lawmaker contacting, gamification, and virtual conferences/events are a few of our engagement features. We also provide a robust analytical dashboard that enables you to understand which engagement tools are resonating with your audience. Your dedicated account representative will continuously work with you to optimize our tools and ensure you are deriving the outcomes you are looking for.
No. Whether or not to assign a call-to-action is your decision. You can even change the engagement selection at any point.
Absolutely. Unlike Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media where ‘anything goes’, we have moderation filters that enable you to approve or reject every piece of content. You determine how strict those filter parameters are.
Whenever a person likes or shares an action or post taken by another user, the original user will receive a notification. “Someone just liked your comment.” Knowing you have been heard inspires ongoing participation.
Corporations, candidates, and charities frequently have subgroups formed around specific needs, interests, and/or geography. Within our platform, organizations can easily and rapidly create subgroups, sites with a similar look and feel, but different content, calls to action, and membership.
You can upload content into the system from any language. The backend system, however, currently only supports English. Language localization can be requested but carries custom development fees.
We offer both options. The bottom line - whatever works best for you.
A typical full implementation takes between 2 and 4 weeks from the time Countable receives design approvals. We always move as quickly as possible, and since white glove service is core to our company’s culture, we are always open to discussing what an expedited development timeline entails if helpful for your implementation.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide Countable with a preferred subdomain name for your impact hub (e.g. resources.yourbrand.com), introduction to your DNS manager, and your existing style guide (especially hex codes, typeface, hero images, logos, etc.). After that, we need you to approve mock ups and beta sites before we launch
We are available Monday - Friday, 9am- 6pm PDT, for general questions. Our current site uptime is 99.9999%, and we have a host of alerts in place to warn of any disruption - large or small, to the service. Our engineering team is on hand to tackle critical site issues that might come up.
In the off chance your site experiences an outage, more than likely our alert system will notify us before you even detect it. Our engineers have a process in place based on the severity of the issue, to address any and all issues within minutes.
All first-party data collected from a client implementation is the exclusive and sole property of that client.
As part of every implementation, we set up each client with a full analytics dashboard. Your site administrator has access 24x7.
