This week Elissa interviews Jake Kloberdanz, founder of ONEHOPE, a tech platform powering 3,500+ wine tastings per month and growing one of the largest DTC wine brands in the world.

Since launching ONEHOPE, his vision and purpose has attracted more than $100 million in funding to grow the brand from zero to over 1.5M btls/yr and is now in the Top 200 largest wineries of 11,000+ in the US. He’s also helped to build a flagship vineyard, home, and winery from the ground up in the heart of Napa Valley. Their wines have received 95+ point ratings and 100+ medals in wine competitions. Under Jake’s leadership, the business has received recognition in Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000 numerous times for being amongst the fastest-growing private companies nationwide. This is thanks to their innovative DTC model combined with their sales and marketing automation software empowering thousands of independent consultants to put on tens of thousands of wine tasting events a year, to fund donations for over 20,000 non-profits in 2021.
